Pisco (Typical Peruvian Drink)

 

The Pisco Sour, a typical aperitif from Lima since the beginning of  the 20th century, is maybe one of the most famous mixtures, where the pisco is used. This aperitif has been praised at national and international level.

Exists a large quantity of recipes that show the versatility and strength of the Peruvian grape aguardiente, the Pisco, as examples, we have Algarroba cocktail, which is a mixture of Pisco with carob honey.“Capitán” , this is a mixture of pisco and red Vermouth.“Chilcano”, is a mixture of pisco, lemon juice and ginger ale.
