¿WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR BODY IS LACKING IN COOPER?

Copper intervenes in more than one hundred processes carried out by the enzymes as auxiliary to their work. That is why it is said that copper is a coenzyme.

Ceruloplasmin, lysiloxidase and thyroxine are three enzymes that contain copper and intervene in important processes. Let us see what would happen if they did not carry out their work normally.

ENZIMA

Ceruloplasmina

ACTION

Facilitates transformation of the iron which forms the hematites that transport hemoglobin

FUNCTION

Oxygenates tissue

ITS LACK CAUSES

Anemia

ENZIMA

Lisiloxidasa

ACTION

Participates in the forming of collagen

FUNCTION

Makes cartilage

ITS LACK CAUSES

Bone brittleness

ENZIMA

Tiroxina

ACTION

Transforms thyroxine into methanine

FUNCTION

Protects the skin from burns

ITS LACK CAUSES

Lack of protection against ultraviolet rays.

OTHER BENEFITS TO OUR HEALTH

Apart from the already mentioned benefits: Copper favors normal operation of the cardiovascular system, protecting the heart muscle and propitiating the formation of elastin, a protein that provides elasticity to blood vessels. It is useful in the treatment of some types of arthritis. Many patients who use copper bracelets show notable improvement. Copper is dissolved by perspiration and absorbed through the skin to carry out its therapeutic action. Copper stimulates the immunological system since it participates in the formation of white cells that ensure protection against microbes that attack the organism. They facilitate absorption of vitamins in the intestines
